I really enjoy getting food from Perfetto’s Pizza in Trenton. The pizza is always flavorful, the crust has a nice texture, and the portions are really good for the price. What really stands out to me is the great customer service. The staff is friendly, respectful, and always makes you feel welcome when you come in or place an order. The food is usually prepared quickly, and everything I’ve ordered has been fresh and satisfying. It’s a great local place to grab a meal when you’re looking for something simple and delicious. Overall, I would definitely recommend Perfetto’s Pizza to anyone in the Trenton area. The food is great, the customer service is even better, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

I had the most disgusting experience at Perfetto Pizza on 7/18 at around 2:45 p.m. After work, I passed several other restaurants and deliberately went out of my way to support Perfetto Pizza. Everything started off normally. I placed my order, went to the restroom to wash my hands, then sat in a booth a few feet from the counter to wait. After waiting longer than expected, I asked a young woman if my order was ready. She asked what I had ordered, and as I described it, the man who took my order interrupted and said, "You took it." I replied, "No, I did not." He then said, "I saw you take it." I was shocked and told him to roll the security camera back because I never took my food. He insisted he had placed my order on the counter. In my experience, restaurants hand customers their food rather than leaving it unattended where anyone could pick it up. The young woman handled the situation professionally. She apologized, had my order remade, and brought it directly to me. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately, the man who falsely accused me never apologized for his mistake. Instead of admitting there had been a misunderstanding, he accused me of ste

Terrible, two-day-old pizza. $4 for a slice that was a day or two old—I’m never coming back. The pizza they sell by the slice is stale. Never again!

We have been ordering from Perfettos regularly for the past 4 years and it has always been our go to spot for pizza. Over that time we have easily spent thousands of dollars there which is why this situation is so frustrating. We ordered a Godfather Pizza based on the toppings listed on their menu. Nowhere did it mention onions or tomatoes. When the pizza arrived it had both. The onions in particular are an issue for me as they make me nauseous which is exactly why I avoid ordering anything with onions in the first place. When we called to address it we were told we would have to pay half the price of a new pizza to fix their mistake. That is completely unacceptable especially considering this was not an error on our end. The menu did not accurately describe what we were ordering. After years of being loyal customers it is disappointing to see that level of service and lack of accountability. Unfortunately this experience has completely turned us away and we will not be ordering from Perfettos again.

This was my first time trying Perfetto’s and will be my last. For $50+ I was expecting much better service and tasting food. My order was cold!! Not warm at All! My grilled chkn & shrimp salad was sour and void of grilled chkn. Thankfully the shrimp was seasoned well cause my wings sure wasn’t.. And I’m really upset because I wanted to try the Limoncello dessert for the first time. But it looked like someone beat me to it! Smh, first and last time 🤞🏽
